Our Meeting Room
We welcome community organizations to use our Meeting Room. In order of priority, we reserve the room for:
- Midlothian Public Library and other library-related groups.
- Official agencies and boards of the Village of Midlothian.
- Educational, cultural, or civic groups sponsored by Midlothian residents.
- Non-profit organizations.
- Non-commercial meetings such as local businesses holding training, tutoring groups, and local homeowner's associations.
Please note:
- Please turn in your application at least one week in advance of the date you request. The more notice you give us, the better.
- Library events take precedence, so please do not be surprised if your first-choice date is not available. Having backup dates in mind is recommended.
- Your meeting room request will not be approved until you have had a conversation with a manager. If you submit your application by email or mail, a manager will call you.
Equipment
If electronic equipment is requested (TV, DVD player, projector, gaming console, CD player), this request, along with payment of a $25 fee is required at least one week in advance.
