Program Description

Event Details

We begin by focusing on the present moment by engaging all of our senses during a mindfulness tea meditation.  Students can bring a favorite cup and tea if they choose, or they will be provided.  Non-caffeinated tea options will also be provided.  Throughout our meditation, we’ll focus on breath, connection, and gratitude.  Afterwards, students enjoy a half hour of gentle movements and peaceful postures paired with breathing techniques designed to help find total relaxation.  Improve flexibility, balance, and posture while decreasing pain and stress.
