How the Summer Library Challenge Works

Children (Birth - Entering Grade 5)

When you sign up for the Summer Library Challenge, you will receive a Bingo card. The back of the card will have options to choose how you want to create a Bingo! Once you create a Bingo (or a few), stop by the library to get your card checked, take a spin on our Wheel of Fortune for a small prize, and receive a drawing ticket for the Grand Prize—a new bicycle (donated by the Friends of the Library)! Keep completing new bingo cards through the end of July.

Teens (Entering Grade 6 - Just Completed Grade 12)

In this program, you set your own goals. Challenge yourself to see how many books you can read, programs you will attend and weekly tasks you will accomplish. Complete the Summer Read Journal as best you can for more tickets to be entered into a drawing for weekly prizes and the Grand Prize--an electric scooter (donated by the Friends of the Library)!

Adults (Age 18+) 

When you sign up for the Summer Library Challenge, you will receive a Bingo card. The back of the card will have options to choose how you want to create a Bingo! Once you create a Bingo (or a few), stop by the library to get your card checked and receive a drawing ticket for one of three Grand Prizes, which include: a Grill Basket (with a Weber Grill), a Camping basket (with foldable chairs), or a Composting Basket (with a dual chamber tumbling composter)—donated by the Friends of the Library! Keep completing new bingo cards through the end of July.

Niños (Nacimiento - Ingreso al grado 5)

Regístrese y obtenga una tarjeta de bingo para usar y establecer sus objetivos en la biblioteca. Cuando logres tus metas y consigas un bingo, pasa por la biblioteca para hacer girar la Rueda de la Fortuna y ganar un pequeño premio y consigue un boleto para el sorteo del gran premio de este año: ¡una bicicleta nueva! Siga completando nuevos cartones de bingo hasta finales de julio. 
 

Adolecentes (Ingresando al sexto grado - Recién completado el grado 12)

Establezca sus propias metas para ver cuántos libros puede leer, los programas a los que asistirá y las tareas semanales que realizará. Complete el Diario de lectura de verano lo mejor que pueda para obtener más boletos que participarán en el sorteo de premios semanales y el Gran Premio: ¡Un scooter eléctrico! 
 

Adultos (mayores de 18 años): 

Regístrate y obtén un cartón de bingo (disponible en español). ¡Usando las actividades en la tarjeta, obtenga un bingo y reciba un boleto para el sorteo de tres fabulosos grandes premios! Siga completando nuevos cartones de bingo hasta finales de julio.
