Dr. Susan McMillan-Quilantan holds Masters Degrees in Social Work and Education and a Doctorate in Education. She is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist who has dedicated her life to helping others of all ages, ability levels and walks of life. She is the author of Step-By-Step Guide to Learning Independence for Daily Living Skills, available in the Midlothian Public Library collection.
